The MOQ varies by product. The standard MOQ for abrasive products is 1 ton. Sample orders can be adjusted flexibly according to actual needs. For details, please contact our online service.

We can provide free samples of standard products, and customers only need to bear the international shipping cost. Customized samples are subject to negotiated cost fees.

We accept major international payment methods including T/T, L/C, Western Union and PayPal. T/T or L/C is recommended for large orders.

In-stock products will be shipped within 7-15 working days. The lead time for customized orders is 25-40 working days, subject to the contract.

Our products are certified by ISO 9001 quality management system, comply with EU CE standards, and some products have SGS test reports. Official certification documents are available.

We provide logistics methods including sea freight, air freight and international express, which can reach all major basic ports and designated destinations worldwide. The optimal logistics plan can be selected according to customer needs.

Please provide photos and test reports of defective products within 7 working days after receipt. After verification, we will unconditionally arrange replacement, return, refund or corresponding compensation, and bear after-sales responsibilities.

After order confirmation, we will regularly update the production progress via email. After shipment, we will provide the tracking number and query link. You can also contact customer service for real-time status.
